Collateral Management Pty Ltd was established in late 2010 to provide specialist trust and collateral management services for special purpose vehicles (SPVs) in response to a growing view that independent management services are a positive development for financers, sponsors and the market in general.
The philosophy of Collateral Management is to the best service possible. This is achieved through our mantra of "bringing front office expertise to the middle office" and having structured finance specialists who have structured transactions in in the market manage your deals for you.
We can do this because Collateral Management is owned by staff. Equity involvement by the specialists involved in your deals is the best way to ensure that they stay involved for the long term.
Collateral Management is based in Sydney, however we offer our services around Australia.
Given the skill sets of the staff at Collateral Management, we specialise in the more difficult transactions - unusual assets and problem structures. However, we are also able to manage more basic transactions such at RMBS with an equal level of service.
